BA with finance. 

Hi everybody,

Iam Suganthi, i did  physics in my UG & MBA (banking & insurance management) in PG.

iam working for a hedge fund Co (unique of it s kind) as a financial analyst. i would like to become a BA based on my financial services.

Pls guide me on any courses i can do & career opportunities i have in that field. i would like to work in U.S.

Suganthi,

Probably the best thing you can do to prepare for becoming a Business Analyst is to look at the BABOK v2.0 offered by the IIBA (theiiba.org).  The BABOK is not very expensive, and it will cover all the basic info.  For more detailed instruction, purchase some books (the BABOK has an excellent bibliography) or take some online courses.   In fact, my company will be offering online courses very soon, at a fraction of the cost of other providers.

It could be beneficial for you to visit b2ttraining[.]com and check out their training and certification sections. I researched and found “Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)” which you can get through various institutes like:
