Do I need Master Degree in Computer Science to become a Data analyst or work in analytics field

As I surf through the Internet for jobs on the analytics field, in every job description it states only that graduates from Bachelor in Statistics or Computer Science. So do I need to pursue a Master Degree in Data analytics or Computer Science. What sort of programming tool is required? Python, VBA, SQL?
