Re: lotus notes or sharepoint?

First you need to full planning for your company about migrate.  Then you understand  which things are  you required, after that you anounced the meeting aboout progress beteen you, your company staff and emplyees. you  can explain your plan to your company members after they give some suggestion on your plan,  they know how to running your company. you need to simply say  to employee your thoughts in your mind definately they can understand. because they working with your company maximum years.

It pretty much all depends on what your organization is trying to accomplish. However my experience is that lotus notes is terrible for just about everything. Sharepoint is really easy to get a ton of value out of even in its most plain vanilla form.

I have seen many companies create great internal document management systems with sharepoint. the people I know at IBM hate lotus notes :)
