Start up 

Is it ok to say that I work in a startup and I were many hats as BA,PM

Yes, it shows you know more than just the standard BA with no other project skills (Technical, PM, Development, Operations, etc). I worked in a start-up consulting firm ... and those Multi-Hats you mention, made me take talk to clients and then take something from the beginning to the end (Concept - Production and support) ... So, I just don't call myself a BA or PM or Developer ... you limit yourself. If you can do end-to-end stuff then look at that "Jack-Of-All-Trade / Multi-Hats" title that is now called "DevOps" ... Job#1-"As a DevOps Engineer, You are a Jack-Of-All-Trades". Go do some research on DevOps ... and also do research on "Full-Stack" ... Job#2 -"Each of your Business Analysts will work in a Scrum Team supporting the Full-Stack Platform".
