Competitor Analysis

I need to do a competitor analysis for a project and wondered if anyone can recommend a good template?

Re: Competitor Analysis

There are a huge number of ways of doing this.

You can break down according to stakeholder groups or many other factors.

Perhaps the most basic analysis is done with Porter's Five Forces and the Value Net, but this depends on your exact situation.

I tend to breakup most scenarios according to a Transactional Value Chain.

If you email me with your exact scenario, I can help: [email protected]
