New SA

Hi All

I have just accepted a role as a Systems Analyst for an NGO.  I come from a hands-on IT background and have done many things from desktop support to software development.  One reason for taking this role as I am keen to add some experience of formal and best-practice methodologies which I have not previously been exposed to.  I have been a little nervous about my lack of formal skills but I have started researching based on the job description and what was discussed in the interview and I'm getting more confident.  I hope these forums will be useful in my development.

Thanks

Gareth

Grandma June was as great a cook as she was a teacher to me. She never followed a recipe “to...
