Hi Sue,

Unfortunately, there are not many employers who are willing to sponsor training for somebody brand new to the profession. Your best bet is to get some foundational training on your own. The ISEB BA diploma would be good.

Once you have that under your belt you would be better positioned to lend a junior BA spot and to have your employer pay for further training.
