Looking for Business proc(BPMN) software suggestions

I am in a process of evaluating tools of capturing PBMN processes, and I am looking for a good review on the current market. Critical criteria are:

1. Rapid capture tool of actions and artefacts - if possible with ID generator

2. Collaboration capacity - team coordination and QA ability

3. Auto-generate function with outputs into the Functional Specification (e.g.: requirements tables etc.)  - Ideal

4. Module based tool – i.e.: design should be a separate tool from the execution module

5. Execution module should be able to deliver on complex workflows and external Dbs (open and closed Dbs)

6. Cost effective - if possible an Open Source

Require an urgent respond... Any input will be highly appreciated

Regards

Imran
