Project KickOff meeting and Requirement Workshop

Hi All,

I am a Junior BA and have recently joined a new company as BA. I am 4 weeks into my job and I have now been assigned a project, which I am expected to lead but with little project end to end experience.

My first hurdle is the kick off meeting, does any one have any tips, or check lists I can follow to ensure all major areas are covered. This is a data project so it will involve a lot of data modelling and process flows etc. I am persuading the sales director to lead the workshop as I need to be left free to scribe down all the key requirements.

This is my very first workshop so I am going in blind so any tips woudl be helpful for pre and post workshop.

Thanks

Simon

Grandma June was as great a cook as she was a teacher to me. She never followed a recipe “to...
