 I am a new bee to this space any help is appreciated

I am looking for online training to get started as a BA i do not have any programming experience however done my bachelors in CS but few years back so with that said

i need your inputs on the below :

1) Any recommendations or online training or any MI area one to one training given by Senior BA personal

2) I would like to do some home work by reading some important topics any recommendations on the books/materials and where can i buy them

3) Any list of must learn skills for a BA to get started
