In the main, its a motivation issue!   To keep learning in Business Anlysis you really need to be grounded in the unchanging essentials of analysis to maintain a passion for learning all that is supposedly changing.  If you don't, it will seem like reality is changing too much and you will tend to shut your mind off to learning the supposedly  latest and greatest.
