Good Afternoon All,

Just to say a hello to everyone here. As a company we have rapidly expanded over the last 2 years and as such, many of the old systems are now out of date and need improvement. Ive been set the task of fully analysing the processes of the business to identify wastes etc and implement a new strategy going forward...........a task i'm sure many of you have undertaken this process .......wish me luck!!
