Re: Practice Exams for CBAP

Check out this link, I am not sure whether sample questions are near to real one but definitely help in preparation.

I have Watermark's printed offering and there are a lot of questions that are not well written. If you've ever taken the GMAT, GRE or even SAT you will know what I mean by well-written, self-contained questions. Lots of questions in Watermark's stuff do not fit that criteria. Once again, copyright prevents me from sharing the actual material. Brian Hunt's CBAP journey was helpful but I would take it with a grain of salt as he also sells watermark's stuff.

It seems that CBAP is nothing more than a way for IIBA to make money. So far BABOK's provided me with very little knowledge. I often get frustrated with how poorly written it is. I have also found Watermark's book to be quite poor and some of their answer explanations are just plain pathetic. They are mere statements that often do not explain "why" the authors reached a particular conclusion. I plan on taking Watermark's in-class course just so I can point them to their book and get answers to my questions. I have also found that several practice exams available for free are terribly written.

I also wish that IIBA concentrated more on the material they are publishing rather than trying to capitalize on their offering. It's sad how poor some of the material is when compared to materials for the more well known certifications e.g. CISSP.

Btw, I do not sell any CBAP materials or practice exams.

It answers: Is this story clear, feasible...
In today's fast-paced digital world, successful projects aren't just built on great code—they're built on clarity. And that clarity often comes from one key player: the Business Analyst. At the heart of every great product or system is a need—a business goal, a customer pain point, or a regulatory requirement. But busines...
I have always loved cooking. I learned from my Grandma June and her kitchen was her sanctuary, a small, warm sunlit space filled with jars of spices, stacks of cookbooks, and the comforting smell of something always on the stove or baking in the oven. Grandma June was as great a cook as she was a teacher to me. She never followed a recipe “to...
