<“what software do you dislike the most?>

The Software that is developed without User Input...."They Don't Know They Need This Yet".

<I bump shoulders with PM’s from aerospace and pharmaceuticals out here in Ventura County who do this day in and day out and I feel behind.>

Don't be afraid to ask questions...I'm a PM and want everyone on the same page...I'd rather someone ask a question...instead of not asking and being left behind....or wasting time doing something that was intrepeted wrong.

Remember there are NO silly questions....a Good PM / BA / Developer or whatever, asks lots of question to clarify and learn things. A Mentor also seeks Mentors...there is No One that knows everything.

Obvious answer is that you hate Apple apps :-)
Seriously though, that is a very weird question to ask a BA. Sounds like your interviewer was trying to be clever but it makes them sound like an idiot. BA's are solution independent. We may analyse systems that don't actually have software. Probably a place to avoid. Hard to knock work back in the current environment though.
Good luck with it.

Obviously just having too many certification in your possession doesn't make your portfolio strong.

But cert in addtion to experience will certainly bring up great value to those certs.

When i submit my  a resume, i usually change my resume a bit to mach the requirement. I think thats make a good artifact portfolio. Before each interview do a homework related to the asked requirements.

Too much certification can create be a problem in some cases. Last year I was rejected twice due to over qualification. They said I am over qualified for their job. So right amout of experience and certification will get you a job. You can pursuit the PM program but dont show that in your resume.

Best of Luck!

As Business Analysts in Agile teams, we often hear about Definition of Ready (DOR) and Definition of Done (DOD). But beyond the buzzwords, these two concepts are powerful tools to drive clarity, consistency, and quality in our work. Definition of Ready ensures a user story is truly ready for development. It answers: Is this story clear, feasible...
In today's fast-paced digital world, successful projects aren't just built on great code—they're built on clarity. And that clarity often comes from one key player: the Business Analyst. At the heart of every great product or system is a need—a business goal, a customer pain point, or a regulatory requirement. But busines...
I have always loved cooking. I learned from my Grandma June and her kitchen was her sanctuary, a small, warm sunlit space filled with jars of spices, stacks of cookbooks, and the comforting smell of something always on the stove or baking in the oven. Grandma June was as great a cook as she was a teacher to me. She never followed a recipe “to...
