This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join a rapidly expanding technical consultancy based in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Oil and Gas industry working with G+G applications and should be able to demonstrate extensive experience within this field

 The Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring applications in use by the relevant business areas are supported to the required standard and ensuring the data is being managed to the required standard.

 The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of G&G applications and have gained experience of the following: 

  • Knowledge of the principles seismic interpretation and earth modeling.
  • An understanding of workflows and how applications support them in a G&G environment.
  • An understanding of the technical architecture of G & G applications.
  • An understanding of data management as it applies to G & G data life cycle.
