Agile HR helps teams offer value to their clients more quickly and with fewer hassles through an iterative approach to project management and software development. An agile team produces work in manageable chunks rather than relying solely on a "big bang" launch. Teams naturally adjust to change fast because requirements, plans, and results are regularly evaluated, according to Atlassian's definition of agile methodology. This definition clearly states that agile methodology is essentially an approach to project and software development.

I think Agile HR encourages the formation of cross-functional teams that bring together individuals with diverse skills and expertise to work collaboratively on HR initiatives. This helps in fostering innovation, knowledge sharing, and a holistic approach to problem-solving.
