Best tools are paper, pencils and big erasers. The first couple of iterations are often a bloody mess, and with pencil and erasers you can move quickly to make large-scale changes.

Software tools which i was using is Google, Now started using Apptivo software for my business solutions as it is synchronized with google allows me to manage all customers and contacts details.
