Try tools like GoScope.AI (https://goscope.ai/), they automate the process somewhat. You still need to curate the data that it provides and it has Jira integration but no RTM or diagram functionality unfortunately...

Hi, I’ve been a Business Analyst for just over 7 years now and found that Requirements Engineering is a big part of being a BA.

So if you’re looking into further advancing your career and honing your knowledge I’d suggest looking to the BCS Diploma!

I’ve been a freelance tutor for the past 2 years teaching this course virtually at competitive prices and also work for The Knowledge Academy as well as being a full time Senior BA

Message me on LinkedIn for more details: Indervir Bansal

Starting there is a solid foundation, and it might pose a bit of a challenge to adhere strictly to any specific methodology once you're aware of your tasks. Try to grasp the necessity behind the requirement, understand the adjustments it will necessitate, and identify the steps needed to address the issue. Maintain a record of your comprehension along the way.
