Performance Measurement of a BA

Hi,

A BA is involved throughout the project life cycle. I would like to know how do you tangibly measure a BA's performance in the development and testing phase as the BA plays a supportive/consultant role in reviewing technical spec's and test cases.

Re: Performance Measurement of a BA

Hi,

A BA's performance can be measured using factors such as  a) No. of reviews of the Requirements document that attribute to some corrections/additions made by stakeholders, b) Requirement defects that are uncovered in later stages such as testing, etc
