"we are looking for a tool set that includes project management, time management, good writing skills, good communication skills, attention to detail and quality. Healthcare claiming, and general knowledge in claims processing operations as well as some experience with DB2 is preferred. Strong analytical skills Computer literacy desired; ability to perform SQL queries Excellent customer services skills Desirable Qualifications: Experience designing business services, preferably in health care Strong history of building multiple products or services that leverage intellectual property. These products or services could be software-, claims- or clinical knowledge-based Experience with mainframe operating environments (JCL/COBOL) 1 + years of experience Degree in Computer Science, MIS, SIS or similar Experience defining client requirements Participated or lead client meetings, preferably at the client site Demonstrated ability to analyze client data Submitting a resume online at a job site could cause valuable screening information to be missed."

Yep,

We do not discriminate against age, but men and women under the ages of 25 will be given preference. Why? Because if you dont have any of these skills at entry level JUST ASK YOUR DAD! LOL!
