Managment issue

Hello everybody.

I run a small Business Analyst department. Recently, we have received several large clients. But I ran into a problem - I need to know the approximate time that each specialist spends on a certain object. These parameters will determine how many new employees we will hire for future projects and, in general, the course of personnel development. This is a very important question at this stage, so I appreciate your comments. Thank you for your responses.
