Resource Management 

Hi all

 

I lead a team of BA and having a difficult time showing to our user groupf the resource hours available vs the # of hours requested.  Anyone have a good resource tool to help me solve this puzzle?

 It is the efficient and effective management of any organization's resources. These resources may include equipments, goods, financial, labor, employees etc. Make the best utilization of these things in the most possible way.

Couldn't you do it using MS Excel? Create a graph with a bar chart showing the available hours and the hours requested over time. Nice and visual. Should be pretty clear.
