Re: Business analyst question!!!

Hi:

The most important part of a business plan:   A high level understanding of the essential behavioral-related goals of the business and - especially - how they interrelate.   Next up:  A high level understanding of the essential processes that support those goals and - especially - how they interrelate.

Also, never forget scope definition.

Tony

Chris:

What are the priorities?   That is what the question asker wants.   Is everything in the article of equal priority?
