vision and scope document 

I am currently working on an academic ecommerce project and applying it to the vision and scope document. I was wondering , how do we apply the waterfalll methodology and the spiral methodology in this document?

my understanding is 3.1 Scope of Initial Release determines. the Following that table is based on Spiral methodology
