As-IS and To-Be Process 

 Dear All

I am looking your help to get the best As-Is, Gap Analysi and To-Be Proces Standard Templates ( Content/Strctrure) or Sample Documents -( Related to build new systems from legacy system). PLEASE SHARE TO me '[email protected]'

There isn't really a standard template. What you need to do is map the as-is processes and then work with your stakeholders to get a to-be process. Then look at the two and gap the differences. I use BPMN for process definition.
