BA vs. ITA vs. BAT/UAT tester

 Hi All,

Can you help me with understanding the following: -

a.) Difference between BA vs. ITA vs. BAT/UAT tester (division of work for the same scope so it can get past from one resource to another through out the life cycle)

b.) Onshore/offshore model and how to make it work

Looking forward for the responses
