Difference in CBAP and CRM

Hello guys, I have recently joined this forum and I want to know the difference or similarities between CBAP duties and CRM functions. Can anyone tell me?

IIBA offers 4 levels of certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP and CBATL. ECBA is an entry level certification that anyone who wants to venture into business analysis career can pursue. CCBA is for someone who has 3750 hours of business analysis related experience. CBAP is for someone who has 7500 hours of business analysis experience. CBATL is for business analysis thought leaders.

Features of CRM: Contact Management, Sales Team and Customer Opportunity Management, Lead Management for determining high-quality leads, Reports and Dashboards, Customizable Home Screen and Layouts, Sales Analytics, Mobile CRM including a Mobile App and Alerts, Sales Force Automation, Sales Forecasting, Sales Collaboration, Email Client Integration, e.g. Outlook and Gmail, Workflow and Approvals, Territory Management, Sales Data.

You can use the CBAP and Your Experience to help Develop that CRM software application for people to enter data --- CBAP - Business Analysis Certificate - Work Experience Minimum of 7,500 hours in the last 10 years --- CRM - Customer relationship management - CRM systems are designed to keep information on customers across different channels -- or points of contact between the customer and the company --- So, To me ... you don't need a CBAP to enter customer data into a CRM system.
