Is it mandatory to do ECBA and CCBA to write for CBAP?

The Certifications offered by IIBA, Canada are not serial certifications that one needs to complete one level of certification to proceed to another. Ideally going by the number of years of experience one has they can appear for ECBA/CCBA & CBAP certifications.
