BiSL Framework 

 Hello fellow business analysts,

I am curious which frameworks or models you use in your daily job. ITIL? In the Netherlands we use BiSL (Business Information Service Library). A Dutch designed framework specifically intended to professionalize the demand function (see also http://business-it-liaison.com/wiki/models/the-bisl-model). Are you familiar with BiSL?
