USL Methodology - Your thoughts?

So, my company is doing work for a client. They currently use USL as their methodology. I know what USL is, and I know how to use it, but I am curious to know peoples thoughts on the subject.

Are their experiences with it good or bad? What worked well for them and what didn't?

I know its not a common methodology, so answers may be thin on the ground, but just want to see what people thought of it.
