Can CBAP® win a job even without a work permit in your country?  

I am CBAP® Business Analyst with more than 10 years of IT experience, last 4 and half years I have been working in Telecom Domain. I live in Sri Lanka. My linkedin Profile is at: http://www.linkedin.com/in/yasithabeynayaka

 

Can experts give me head-up on how realistic will it be to expect opportunities outside my country, especially in your country provided that I do not have any work permits at the moment
