Enterprise analysis : Solutions
Hi Everyone I have recently registered Business Analysis, we are currently doing Enterprise Analysis. I have been tasked to do feasibility study and I am having challenges. We looked into business identified problem/opportunity, done environmental analysis, identified solution Now we have to identify all the execution factors that will influence the implementation and development of solution. Can you please assist? I am confused not sure if this means we have to solution scope or what. I am confusing this with solution identification Thanks, Sbongile

If I understand your question, then you are being asked to identify all of the important things that need to occur to execute the project effectively.  That is, what things need to happen to complete the project and if they go wrong how will it impact the project.

This is similar to Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

But remember, there's nothing wrong with asking for clarity from your manager.
