I am working as a BA in Health Care Management Systems (US Benefits - Health and Welfare). As a BA I use to Create/Test/Review the Bussiness Requirement Document (BRD) based on the vendors requirements when a clients comes in.Also I would say my nature of my job involves: Admintstrating the employee's plan (Medical, Dental, Vision, Insurance etc.,) and COBRAS and FSA as well as. But whenever I got chance to attend a interview on 'Health care domain', I was kept asking about the 'claims', 'fraud claims', hospitality'.etc., These are the somethings that I never get chance to worked upon or aware of. Please help me to understand is these also a part of Healthcare domain.
