PM Task Challenge
Hi All, I’ve been handed what I deem to be an interesting project management challenge. I have been asked to perform stage gates 3 – 5 reviews on a project I have not worked on at all. What I’d like to know is how do I approach these stage gate processes and are there specific key areas I need to focus on? All I know regarding this is that there’s a checklist that needs to be completed. Any advice guys?

Re: PM Task Challenge

Do you have any more details on this project such as: what are the stage gates 3-5, what items are covered by the checklist, etc.?
