howto historicize concept - Database ER diagram

In this diagram for concept model (excuse for italian language), I'm not able to understand 2nd diagram because according to my opinion generalization is FULL, It should be down as filled arrow, what do you think?

If IMPIEGO(job) has cardinality (1,1), It means that for each IMPIEGO It exists at least one PERSONA(employee) and IMPIEGO(job) for this PERSONA(employee) can be current or past,

so Generalization cannot be partial. What do you think?

Impiego corrente = current job

Impiego passato = past job

persona = employee

azienda = company

inizio = start

fine = end

indirizzo = address

città = town;

Grandma June was as great a cook as she was a teacher to me. She never followed a recipe “to...
