looks like a good start. I would like to point out thoat I would consider that "IT" an infrastructure to the system. think about it.

 In IT, the system is generally referred to as the computer system, as in ' the system is up and running ' 

In BA, the term ' system ' is much broader, encompassing the IT system. 

One has to be careful with terminology usage, because in a mixed group meeting, there could be conflicting mindsets thinking different interpretations
