Streamline Requirement Management Process

Hi

I will soon be taking up a consulting role for streamlining the existing the Requirement Management process for a financial enterprise. This organization do not have an org wide Requirement Management process as such and hence are facing some serious challenges with respect to Change Management, Requirement Elicitation and Documentation etc.

Appreciate if any one who has handled a similar assignment can throw some light as to how they went about this.

Thanks

Girish Kumar
