Requirememnts Planning

The next edition of the Carnival of Business Analysts is themed around Requirements Planning.  It’s a challenging topic because it’s a relatively new for most people including many analysts. I look forward to reading people’s submissions (and of course supplementing them with my own search.)  If you have some knowledge you want to share submit your blog post, article or white paper today.

You can read a primer on this topic at Better Projects.

Also if you have stories or tips on requirements planning - offer them up here.  I am particulalry interested in failures (especially spectaculr ones.)  How can you fail even when you plan?
