Could any one pls let me know how you would analyse the data?for eg if its a data warehousing project and huge amount of data is collected,what are the steps followed in analysing the data like how you know the redundant data ?and the relation ships between the data........

I have recently been slightly more exposed to what a data warehouse might be compared to the operational support database.  It often is more static.  It may have sumary tables that are extracted from the oerations database on a daily basis.  It may be "de-normalized" to increase its query/report response speed.  It certainly goes through "data scrubing" to improve the quality of the data you have in it.
