Recently an interview asked me how would i go with data redundancy , like what steps would i follow to remove the redundancy os the data, in a Data Warehousing project as a Business Analyst.

That sounds like they want you to describe the process of converting the data redunacy into "3rd Normal Form" where there is only one copy of the data. I am currently studying "Database Design for Mere Mortals" 2nd Edition, by Michaell J Hernandez It probably discusses this topic completely but I am still near the beginning. The book comes highly recommended so you might take a look after you read the two articles I have listed above.
