Experience and Education should come first.  Getting to the point where you are comptrable with the common BA tools would also be a good idea.

I would set down and write up a functional resume high lighting your SA experience.  Don't over look the fact that having realworld web development experience might help you get hired as a BA in a paticular knowlege domain.

Take a look at his tutorial.  Also this website and others have a lot of online material.  But if you want an old fashion book to study "Sevens steps...." is at least as good as any I have seen and appears to be better written than some.
