Can I get opportunity as BA  

I am s science graduate and did my MBA in finance and customer service. I started my career in insurance as front level Operations officer and later grown as cluster mangaer, Regional manager. I have a total experience of 10+ years in insurance processes and have excellent knowledge on insurance subject and products. Pls let us know whether can I get any change now in IT business analysis front.

 if you have a good communication skills with outgoing personality , i suggest you to go for it.

You can but its better you attend atleast a basic BA training to understand how IT projects operate and what kind of Role BA plays in them.
