Have been working in the Retail domain all these years.
So what should be my next step in order to achieve this
Please help me

Re: Business Analyst Career
I am not very sure, what will be correct path for you. But you can go for an MBA and then you can directly enter as Business Analyst or Sr Business Analyst depending upon the type of role you have played till now. Or some companies might give you the chance to work as a business analyst directly if you have sufficient domain expertise in any particular domain.

Re: Business Analyst Career

 Hi Aarti

yes you can become a business analysis with you current experience. You can join any foundation BA training program which can gives you all the knowledge about the working of BA.

The course should be  evaluated and approved by IIBA, so you get both training as well as valid certification. Business analysis course is based on Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK Guide) version 2.0 which involves theory, practical, case study, project and assignments.

After getting an experiance of 3-4 year as Business analysis you can go for the certification of CCBA OR CBAP.
