Hi everyone , i have joined a firm as ajunior BA. I am the only BA and i was given a project .i was given a functional spec with their requirements and flow diagrams. however there are a lot of gap analysis as stakeholders are not agreeing on a lot of things. could someone give me an overview of documenting a brd from a functional spec?
