Beginner's Sequence Diagram - Please Critique

Hi, I'm new to sequence diagrams and was wondering if the following diagram accurately represented the process that follows?  I am using Visio 2003 default UML Sequence stencil (which seems quite limited!!!).  Thanks!

1)  User submits “POST” request to server.

2)  A method checks the session time.

3)  If the session was last set less than 20 minutes prior, then set the session to the new session time and fulfill the request.

4)  If the session was last set greater than or equal to 20 minutes prior, then expire the session and deliver an error page.

As a start could you please clarify if this represents one or multiple flows of a single use case.

Hi, vneytcheva.  If I'm understanding you correctly, the diagram represents only one very high-level use case:  "Request server content".  I was actually trying to see if the notation was correct, particularly for the conditions.  Visio 2003 seems to have a very limited Sequence Diagram stencil, so all I could do was include a contraint to indicate a condition.

Thanks for the response.

vinny
