Just wondering what would be an efficient way to clean up a .csv file where clients use comma in their data For example, 123,456 or LastName, FirstName. These throws the whole conversion off and I have no better way other than import as delimited file first and manually dive in to delete the extra comma
Text qualifier would solve the issue but unfortunately that's not an option.
So what would be an efficient way to deal with this?
For the number ... can't you import the data into Excel,
click on Format Cell,
Choose Number,
Decimal Places = 0
Maybe too simple ... Just Guessing
