Adding to what Adrian just said, beyond the ethical considerations, the BABOK^® has expicit wording on every page disallowing copying or sharing this information: "IIBA^® Member Copy—Not for Redistribution or Resale".

Though you cannot download it online, but can still read it online at Google Books. check out the link below:

Google Books has obtained FULL VIEW permission for this book. Now we can read the entire book online I guess.
