We have plan to create new system troubleshooting, such as helpdesk sytem.but i confuse from where i must begin, i'm using visio 2003 to create flow system.Can you share about this?
Firstly you are talking about a system that already probably exists, so I'd narrow your focus to specifically what you want to do and then ask this forum again; but this time asking for recommendations as to tools on the market.
Then I would visit their websites, read the materials and download a few trial versions. Play with or otherwise evaluate them.
Now; an important question to ask paralell to this is "What are the goals of the project?" When answering this question shape the words around business capability.

"what are the goals of the project?" yes, this question is beginning initial my analyst with 5W+1 H method. and then, i do step to describe this with microsoft visio.
