Book Recommendation - New IT BA

Brand new IT Business Analyst working primarily in the software development and support realm.  What is the one book that you would suggest that I can read right now that will provide me the most insight and value over time?   I would appreciate your suggestions.

Re: Book Recommendation - New IT BA

I've read a good number of book and business/systems analysis.  In my opinion, UML for the IT Business Analyst: A Practical Guide to Object-Oriented Requirements Gathering by Howard Podeswa gives a beginner a pretty good overall intro into IT business analysis.  And contrary to the title of the book, it doesn't have a huge emphasis on UML, but it gives you a little which is good.
