Burt, the Business Analyst: "I was told I need to be more social, so I posted them on our Facebook page."

Business Analysis Manager: "WHAT?!?"

Burt, the Business Analyst: "Don't worry... I did a good job documenting them.  We've been getting many 'likes' from our competitors."
